Can't sign in to URBT

If you forget or don’t have access to your URBT email or password, you can reset your password.

If you know your URBT account email and password but can’t sign in, follow the instructions that apply below.

Can’t sign in on any device

If you see this error when trying to sign in with an existing account:

Sorry, we can’t find an account with this email address. Please try again or create a new account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit URBT.com/loginhelp.

  2. Select I don’t remember my email or phone and fill out the form.

    • If you don’t see this option, it means that account recovery by billing information isn’t available in your region.

  3. Select Find Account.

If you’re billed through another company or get URBT as part of a package, search the name of the service provider in the URBT Help Center. Select the related billing article and go to the section “I’m having trouble signing in to URBT.”

Can’t sign in on a specific device

Choose one of the following options to sign up from your Android device:

  • Download the Netflix app from the Google Play store on a device running Android 5.0 or above.

  • Visit netflix.com/signup from a mobile browser.

From the Netflix app or netflix.com you can:

  1. Choose the plan that’s right for you. You can downgrade or upgrade at any time.

  2. Create an account by entering your email address and creating a password.

  3. Enter a payment method.

  4. That’s it. Stream on!

  1. Visit netflix.com/signup from a mobile browser.

    NOTE:
    Sign up is not supported on the Netflix iOS app.

  5. Download and sign in to the Netflix app on a device running iOS 13.0 or above.

  6. That’s it. Stream on!

    If you need help finding the app, search our Help Center for “Using Netflix on,” followed by the brand name of your device (e.g. Samsung, Roku, Xbox). Some devices also have a Netflix button on their remote control.
  2. On most smart TVs and streaming media players, you will need to start by providing your email address or phone number.

    • Once provided, you will receive an email or SMS text message with an activation link to continue the signup flow.

  3. Choose the plan that’s right for you. You can downgrade or upgrade at anytime.

  4. Create an account by entering your email address and creating a password.

  5. Enter a payment method.

  6. That’s it. Stream on!
